With 240 head teachers as samples and the questionnaire survey method,this study investigates the characteristics of Work-Family Conflict among head teachers and their impact on their intention to leave post from a dimension-level perspective.Data analysis shows that:(1)Work-family Conflict among head teachers shows an imbalance.Firstly,across all dimensions,the interference of head teachers'work on their family is relatively severe,while the interference of their family on their work is relatively minor.Secondly,there are differences in the level of conflict among the three dimensions of work interfering with family,with psychological resource conflict being the most severe,followed by emotional conflict,and behavioral conflict being the lowest.Thirdly,differences in the level of conflict are also evident among the three dimensions of family interfering with work,where emotional conflict and behav-ioral conflict are significantly higher than psychological resource conflict.(2)Work-family Conflict among head teachers has a significant positive impact on their intention to leave their post.Specifically,emotional conflict resulting from work interfering with family,psychological resource conflict resulting from work interfering with family,and psychological resource conflict resulting from family interfering with work can positively influence head teachers'intention to leave their post.Among these,emotional conflict resulting from work interfering with family has the greatest influence on head teachers'intention to leave their post,followed by psychological resource conflict resulting from family interfering with work,and finally,psychological resource conflict resulting from work interfering with family has the least influence.
