After-school services not only cooperate with the home-school community to promote each other,but also be regarded as the key area of home-school community cooperation.How to provide high-quality after-school services has become a topic of wide concern.As the main body of after-school service activities,the school plays a vital role.From the perspective of organizational field theory,combined with the practice investigation of after-school service in Shanghai,this paper finds that schools are faced with problems such as excessive responsibility,lack of mechanism,and unclear responsibility boundaries in this process.The specific performance is:unclear rights and responsibilities,and schools are forced to bear"unlimited"responsibilities;Lack of mechanism,the main body participation enthusiasm is insufficient;Shift of center of gravity,neglect the improvement of students'comprehensive quality and so on.In view of the problems found,on this basis,we put forward a clear boundary of power and responsibility,and explore the symbiotic model of after-school service;Break through the obstacles of system and mechanism,and build the coordination mechanism of various departments;Some thoughts on transferring after-school service center from nursing to improving students'comprehensive quality and cultivating students'innovative ability.to further understand and promote the modernization of Chinese education.
