Tank arrangement and collision damage simulation analysis of hydrogen fuel cell powered ship
This paper introduces the type,layout and structure of hydrogen fuel cell-powered ship gas tank in detail,de-termines the factors to be considered for the placement of Marine hydrogen storage tank,and puts forward the optimal lay-out design.According to the requirements of the specification,The whole process of rear-end collision of gas tanks on open deck was analyzed by using display time integral method,and the damage of hull components during collision was observed,and the impact of collision on hydrogen storage tanks was discussed.The results show that the gas tank is in a completely safe state,but the maximum stress of the gas tank base is close to the yield stress,so the contact area between the base and the deck should be strengthened appropriately in practical engineering.
