船舶废气选择性催化还原技术(SCR)作为柴油机废气中高温氮氧化物处理的主要方法,近几年被广泛应用在海洋运输行业.SCR系统管路的合理设计对于保障船舶SCR系统安全稳定运行起到至关重要的作用.以MAN 7S50ME低速主机系统为例,在考虑高压SCR系统管路受内、外部载荷及工况等因素下,对高压SCR系统管路在不同工况载荷下对各个受力点进行管路膨胀量分析、应力分析,分析薄弱点,调整固定支撑点、滑动支撑点及膨胀节等局部的结构,最终确定满足台架试验的系统管路.

The selective catalytic reduction technology(SCR)of marine exhaust gas,as the main treatment method of high temperature nitrogen oxides in diesel engine exhaust gas,has been widely used in the marine transportation industry in recent years.The reasonable design of SCR system pipeline plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of ship SCR system.MAN 7S50ME host system at low speed,for example,considering the high voltage SCR system piping and such factors as working conditions,the internal and external load of high-voltage SCR system pipeline under different load working conditions for each point line expansion quantity analysis of stress,stress analysis,analysis of vulnerabilities,adjust the fixed point,sliding support,and the structure of expansion joint,etc,Finally determine the system pipeline that meets the bench test.
