复合材料发射筒筒体发射力学特性仿真分析与优化

采用有限元数值仿真方法对导弹发射时某型玻璃纤维复合材料发射筒筒体的刚强度进行评估分析.将筒壁螺旋层螺旋角、环向层与螺旋层厚度比以及筒壁厚度作为设计变量,对复合材料发射筒筒体进行优化设计.研究结果表明:优化前的复合材料发射筒筒体安全裕度低,不满足设计要求;优化的复合材料发射筒筒体最大位移降低了 57.8%,安全裕度提高到0.27,满足了筒体设计要求,且复合材料发射筒筒体重量比优化前轻6.8%.研究结果为复合材料发射筒筒体的设计提供参考.
Simulation analysis and optimization of launch mechanics characteristics of comoposite launch tube barrel
The stiffness and strength response characteristics of a type of glass fiber comoposite launch tube barrel un-der missile launch conditions were evaluated by using finite element numerical simulation method.The helix angle of the spiral layer of the cylinder wall,the thickness ratio of the circumferential layer to the spiral layer and the thickness of the cyl-inder wall were used as design variables to optimize the design of the composite launch tube.The results show that the safety margin of the composite launch tube before optimization is low and does not meet the design requirements;the maximum dis-placement of the optimized composite launch tube barrel is reduced by 57.8%,the safety margin is increased to 0.27,and the design requirements are met,and the weight of the composite launch tube is 6.8%lighter than before optimization.The results of the study provide a reference for the design of the composite launch tube barrel.
