X舵与十字舵水下航行体水动力系数的对比

为了满足工程上水下航行体X舵水动力构型快速设计需求,需掌握X舵的操纵水动力特性,并建立适用于X舵水下航行体的水动力系数预报方法.本文采用数值模拟的方法,对比研究十字舵和X舵水下航行体的水动力系数和压力分布特性.结果表明,设计参数相同的情况下,有围壳、无围壳2种模型下X舵的动稳定性系数均低于十字舵,围壳对上方向舵和X舵的压力分布影响均在舵板前缘区域,约为舵板弦长的20%,且围壳对十字舵水动力系数和压力分布的影响均大于X舵.在此基础上,通过不同展长方案下十字舵和X舵水下航行体的线性水动力系数数值研究,得到X舵与十字舵水下航行体水动力系数之间的比例系数,从而提出基于十字舵水动力系数和X舵与十字舵水动力系数的比例特性实现X舵水动力系数快速预报的工程方法.
Numerical comparison on hydro-coefficient of cross rudder and X rudder in underwater vehicle
In order to establish hydrodynamic design method for X rudder in underwater vehicle,meeting the require-ment of rapid design in engineering,it demands to study the maneuvering hydrodynamic characteristic,and to establish the hydro-coefficient predicted method for X rudder in underwater vehicle.In this paper,the simulation study is conducted to analyzing the hydro-coefficient and pressure distribution of cross rudder and X rudder.The result shows with the same design parameter,dynamic stability of X rudder is lower than that of cross rudder with or without sail.The area where the pressure is affected by the sail is in the leading edge of cross rudder or X rudder,which is about 20 percent of its chord.And the influence of sail to hydro-coefficient and pressure distribution of cross rudder is stronger than that of X rudder.Further-more,based on the linear hydro-coefficient simulation of cross rudder or X rudder with different span data in underwater vehicle,the ratio of hydro-coefficient with X rudder to that with cross rudder is obtained.Thus the hydro-coefficient pre-dicted method for X-rudder in underwater vehicle is presented based on hydro-coefficient ratio and hydro-coefficient with cross rudder.
