斜流中水下机器人的导管桨水动力性能研究

为研究斜流对水下机器人导管螺旋桨水动力性能与流场特性的影响,本文基于计算流体力学方法,采用滑移网格技术,对某自主研发的水滴流线型柱体结构水下机器人系统模型进行数值模拟计算.结果表明,在斜流中随着斜流角度在一定范围内增加,螺旋桨产生的推力也会相应地有所增加;斜方来流会导致伴流场的不均匀性与周向速度分布不均匀.在不同的斜流角度下,螺旋桨压力云图也表现出一定的变化规律.
Research on hydrodynamic analysis of ducted propeller for the underwater robot in oblique flow
In order to study the influence of oblique flow on the hydrodynamic analysis and flow field analysis of the ducted propeller for the underwater robot,based on the computational fluid dynamics method,this paper uses the sliding mesh technology to carry out the numerical simulation calculation on the system model of an autonomous underwater robot with a water drop streamline cylindrical structure.The results show that the thrust produced by the propeller will increase with the increase of the angle of oblique flow in a certain range;The oblique flow will lead to the nonuniformity of the wake field and the nonuniformity of the circumferential velocity distribution.The pressure nephograms of propeller also show a certain pattern of variation at different angles of oblique flow.
