Experimental research on fatigue crack expansion rate of new titanium alloy welded structures
In order to study the scale effect and heat treatment process on the fatigue properties of new titanium alloy materials,this paper on the new titanium alloy base material and welded structure in different scale effect and heat treatment process of the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the experimental research,analysis of the scale effect and heat treatment process on the new titanium alloy material fatigue properties of the law.The results show that only after low-tem-perature heat treatment of the new titanium alloy welded structure fatigue life to exceed after high-temperature-low-temper-ature heat treatment of the welded joint nearly 1.53 times;scale effect on the mechanical properties of the welded structure has a greater impact on the base material has a smaller impact;as the scale increases the new titanium alloy crack extension life increases,but the crack extension rate does not change significantly.
