Numerical simulation and experimental verification of water hammer load in composite material launch tube
In this paper,the finite element numerical simulation method is used to study the structural strength and stiffness of a composite launcher under the dynamic load of water hammer.The results show that the structure scheme of composite material in the main section and aluminum alloy in the upper and lower flanges can meet the load-bearing require-ments.The bearing test of the part prototype is carried out,which is consistent with the simulation results of the prototype,which verifies the correctness of the design results and provides support for the design of the carbon fiber composite cylinder.
