Research on impact resistance of the three-dimensional enhanced double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure
To improve the initial stiffness and strength of the two-dimensional double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure,a three-dimensional enhanced double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure is designed by adding support links to the two-dimensional structure. The macro Poisson's ratio analytical formula of the structure is derived by using the legis-lative canonical equation and Moore integral. The influence of the angle setting on the macro Poisson's ratio of the structure is studied by using the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation; On this basis, the mechanical properties of three-dimensional enhanced double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure under dynamic impact are systematically stud-ied.The effects of parameters such as different angle design and impact speed on structural deformation mechanism, failure mode, platform stress and specific energy absorption are clarified. The results show that the three-dimensional enhanced double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure shows a significant negative Poisson effect under dynamic impact, and the stiffness and strength of the structure are significantly improved;Under different impact velocities, the platform stress and specific energy absorption of the three-dimensional enhanced double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure increase signi-ficantly with the decrease of the angle. The research results have reference significance for the study of structural impact res-istance in aerospace and ship engineering.
