LNG作为一种优质的清洁能源,其可通过管道从燃料舱输送到气体燃料发动机,在此过程中管道易发生爆炸类的安全隐患,因此需要对LNG管道内爆炸情况进行数值仿真分析.采用Ansys/Lsdyna开展甲烷爆炸数值仿真分析,分析甲烷在无抑爆和抑爆工况下的爆炸破坏特性,并研究在多种不同比例的爆炸压力下2块挡板应力场、应变场及能量场的分布趋势,得出终端接收的能量与爆腔的爆炸压力呈正相关关系等结论,为后续LNG燃料系统结构安全提供技术参考.
Simulation and analysis of effect of LNG explosion in pipes
As a kind of superior clean energy,LNG is transmitted to gas fuel generator by means of pipes and pipes are vulnerable to potential safety hazards such as explosion in the process,therefore it is necessary to perform the numerical sim-ulation of LNG explosion in pipes.This study uses the software Ansys/Lsdyna to perform the methane explosion simulation and analyze the damage features with or without explosion suppression measures.Multiple conditions with different explo-sion pressure are introduced to study the distribution trend of the stress field,strain field and strain energy field and the con-clusion is drawn that the explosion pressure in burst cavity and the energy received by the terminal are positively correlated.It provides technical reference for follow-up LNG fuel system safety design.
