基于1900TEU集装箱船设计要求,对机舱空间运用CFD技术对温度场进行优化.首先对初始设计的通风管道进行大风量方案的研究,选择提升风速16.85%和16.93%的两型方案;在此基础上,研究了两型方案对温度场的影响,选择了对平均温度下降率最高(4.40%)的方案作为最优方案;进一步对最优方案进行舒适面积率的对比,发现可改善航行工况中船员工作环境舒适度(提升了 2.07%).该研究成果为机舱通风布置提供了数据支撑和参考依据.
Optimization of ship engine room temperature filed based on CFD technology
According to the designed technical requirements of 1900TEU container ship,it is to be optimized by CFD technology for engine room temperature filed.Firstly,the originally designed of ventilation ducts had been explored the scheme of large air volume,and then choose the two-oriented scheme which had promoted the wind velocity 16.85%and 16.93%.On this basis,the impact of two types of schemes on the temperature field had been studied,and the scheme with the highest average temperature drop rate(4.40%)was selected as the optimal scheme;Further comparison was made on the comfort area ratio of the optimal solution,and it was found that the new optimization scheme can enhance the crew's work-ing environment comfort(promoted 2.07%).The research results provide the data support and reference for the ventilation layout of the engine room.
