Adaptive control method for abnormal vibration of ship water lubricated stern bearings
To avoid serious mechanical failures caused by abnormal vibration of ship's water lubricated stern bearings and threaten the safety of ship operation,a self-adaptive control method for abnormal vibration of ship's water lubricated stern bearings is studied.Design a control structure for abnormal vibration of water lubricated stern bearings based on the causes of abnormal vibration.Using displacement sensors to collect actual displacement signals of the water lubricated stem bearing rotor,using a sliding film observer to observe the unbalanced disturbance force of the water lubricated stern bearing,and using it as input to the inertial spindle position corrector,the compensation amount for displacement deviation caused by disturbance is obtained.Combining the ideal displacement value of the water lubricated stern bearing rotor,calculate the de-viation value of the bearing rotor displacement signal,use it as the input control variable of the PID controller,output the ab-normal vibration control variable of the bearing,and achieve adaptive control of its abnormal vibration.The experimental results show that this method can effectively control the abnormal vibration of ship water lubricated stem bearings and im-prove the working stability of the bearings.
