Research on improving the injection cooling air volume of gas turbines
During the use of the gas turbine,due to insufficient injection air,the box body overheat alarm malfunction occurred.Based on the principle of ejecting air,the gas turbine test bench was modeled and calculated.The actual test data validation verified the accuracy of the calculation model.By using the validated calculation model,it was found that redu-cing the outlet area of the exhaust volute can increase the amount of injected air;Finally,through the replacement nozzle test,it was found that under rated power,the injection air flow rate of the 1 280 mm and 1 250 mm nozzles increased by 9.4%and 22.3%respectively compared to the 1 330 mm nozzle,and the outlet air temperature of the box body decreased by 7 ℃ and 14 ℃ respectively.
