基于数字孪生技术,设置生产目标和约束条件,使用萤火虫算法、遗传算法以及粒子群算法等实现对组立设计制造的资源调度目标优化.构建的数字孪生组立设计制造模型可以实现对现实物理世界中组立设计制造过程的数字驱动,有效提升了组立设计制造的效率,实现组立设计制造过程的动态策略调整.
The application of digital twin technology in the assembly manufacturing and design of ships
On the basis of the full research on the digital twin technology,this paper uses the firefly algorithm,genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization to optimize the resource scheduling target of the assembled design and manufac-turing after setting the production goals and constraints.The constructed digital twin assembly design and manufacturing model can realize the digital drive of the assembly design and manufacturing process in the real physical world,effectively improve the efficiency of assembly design and manufacturing,and realize the dynamic strategy adjustment of the assembly design and manufacturing process.
