船舶机械液压系统的稳定可靠工作对船舶安全运输具有非常重要的作用.液压马达是液压系统中的关键部件,本文提出一种基于深度神经网络的液压马达测试系统,详细分析了液压马达的基本结构,对液压马达测试系统的整体结构进行设计,包括数据采集与控制以及测试装置,重点对负载模拟装置进行设计,并研究了基于深度神经网络的液压马达故障测试流程,最后对某型号液压马达进行测试,结果表明系统具有较好的准确性和稳定性,能够实现对不同类型液压马达的测试工作.
Development of hydraulic motor test system in marine machinery hydraulic system
The stable and reliable operation of the hydraulic system in marine machinery plays a crucial role in the safe transportation of ships.The hydraulic motor is a key component of the hydraulic system.This paper proposes a hydraulic motor testing system based on deep neural networks,analyzes in detail the basic structure of the hydraulic motor,designs the overall structure of the hydraulic motor testing system,including data acquisition and control as well as the testing device.Special emphasis is placed on the design of the load simulation device,and the paper studies the fault testing process of hydraulic motors based on deep neural networks.Finally,a specific model of hydraulic motor is tested,and the results show that the system has good accuracy and stability,capable of performing testing tasks on various types of hydraulic motors.
