船用坐墩长基座阻抗特性分析

为提高舰船隐身性能,本文对船用坐墩长基座结构开展研究.基于有限元法与工程估算公式相结合的方法,研究基座阻抗计算方法、基座位置变化对阻抗值的影响、基座三向阻抗特性、增加基座封板等对基座输入阻抗的影响.研究表明,基座阻抗计算时,无论是采用单点激励、多点激励还是采用面载荷激励均对计算结果影响较小.基座阻抗值的大小除了与激励位置有关还与激励位置处是否存在较强边界条件有关.计算基座三向阻抗时,不同方向阻抗值的大小取决于轴向刚度与弯曲刚度的相对大小.此研究可为舰艇声学设计提供思路.
Impedance characterization of long base for ships
In order to improve the stealth performance of ships,this paper carries out research on the long base struc-ture of marine sitting piers.Based on the combination of finite element method and engineering estimation formula,the study of the base impedance calculation method,base position change on the impedance value,base three-way impedance charac-teristics,increase the base sealing plate and other impact on the base input impedance.The study shows that the base imped-ance calculation,whether using single-point excitation,multi-point excitation or surface load excitation has a small effect on the calculation results.The magnitude of the base impedance value is not only related to the excitation position but also to the existence of strong boundary conditions at the excitation position.When calculating the three-way impedance of the base,the magnitude of the impedance in different directions depends on the axial and bending stiffness.This study provides ideas for the acoustic design of ships.
