Research on finite element modeling method of aluminum alloy ribbed plate
Compared with the traditional frame structure,the plate frame structure based on the aluminum alloy ribbed plate is generally called the suspension beam structure with the horizontal reinforcement and the riding rib structure with the longitudinal reinforcement.The suspended frame and the ribbed structure have obvious advantages in processing,assembly and welding processes,such as reducing the quality of the hull,controlling welding deformation,resisting seawater corro-sion,and reflecting the ribbed plate structure Advantages,but due to its complex structure,the hull deck is a thin plate densely reinforced structure,which increases the workload of finite element modeling.However,there is no mature set of specifications and guidelines for simplified modeling.This paper uses the structural analysis software MSC.Patran to carry out finite element modeling.Through calculation analysis and comparison,the connection between suspension beams and riding ribs and other special structures and the deck are simplified,which not only ensures the rationality of the model struc-ture,but also satisfies Accuracy is required and the processing of modeling workload is reduced.It is hoped that this article can serve as a reference for lightweight design and suspension frame analysis.
