Based on the heat transfer equation,the thermal analysis model of Tonpliz transducer is established by finite element software in this paper,the temperature field distributions of transducer are analyzed under duty cycle or continuous wave operation.The analysis results show that when the equilibrium between transducer and initial water temperature had been reached,overheating in the head of transducer will result in failure while under continuous wave operation.If the opera-tional duty cycle is moderate,transducer temperature will be reduced,so it can work longer time and reliable.This paper has certain guiding significance for the design and experiment of transducer.
