为了保证风力助推转子的应用安全,有必要系统性的对其强度评估进行探索研究.本文基于有限元分析方法对某5万吨散货船的风力助推转子支撑结构开展直接强度评估分析,首先介绍了风力助推转子有限元模型的建立、边界的设置、载荷的计算以及工况选取,然后分别对正常作业和风暴自存2种工况下风力助推转子的基座、内塔和安装框架进行了屈服强度分析和屈曲强度分析评估.结果表明,风力助推转子的支撑结构强度满足规范要求.
Strength analysis of rotor sail support structures
In order to ensure the application safety of wind assisted rotor sails,it is necessary to systematically explore and study their strength evaluation.This article is based on the finite element analysis method to conduct a direct strength as-sessment analysis of the wind assisted rotor sail support structure suitable for a 50 000 t bulk carrier.This paper first intro-duces the establishment of a finite element model,boundary setting,load calculation,and load cases selection of the wind as-sisted rotor sail.Then,yield strength analysis and buckling strength evaluation were conducted on the foundation,inner tower,and installation base of the wind assisted rotor sail under normal operation and severe storm conditions.The results in-dicate that the support structure strength of the wind assisted rotor sail meets the requirements of the rules.
