综合科考船风机室高效低噪声协同控制研究

为降低机舱风机振动噪声传递到船体结构和附近舱室,需要对其进行高效低噪声控制.本文结合某综合科考船风机室的布置,分析风机隔振处理、壁面吸声处理、消声器设置等措施的协同作用效果,并进行实船测试验证.实船结果表明,风机室通过低噪声协同控制措施后,机舱风机减振装置有较好的隔振效果,隔振效果可达15dB以上;风机室百叶窗出口 lm处噪声声压级低于"开敞娱乐区域"75 dB(A)的限值要求.该研究可为船舶风机室的低噪声协同控制提供理论参考,具有一定的工程指导意义.
Research on high efficiency and low noise cooperative control of fan rom for integrated research vessel
In order to reduce the transmission of vibration and noise of engine room fan to hull structure and nearby cabins,it is necessary to control it with high efficiency and low noise.In this paper,combined with the layout of the fan room of a comprehensive research vessel,the synergistic effect of measures such as fan vibration isolation treatment,wall sound absorption and insulation treatment,muffler layout and so on is analyzed,and it is verified by the real ship test.The results of a real ship show that after the coordinated control measures of high efficiency and low noise are adopted in the fan room,the vibration isolation device of the engine room fan has a good vibration isolation effect,and the vibration isolation effect can reach more than 15 dB.The noise sound pressure level at the outlet of the louver in the fan room lm is lower than the limit requirement of 75 dB(A)in the open entertainment area.This study can provide theoretical reference for low noise cooperat-ive control of ship fan room,and has certain engineering guiding significance.
