Research on deck plates identification in offshore platform fabrication
The current automation technology is booming,has been widely used in industrial production,finance,secur-ity and transportation fields,greatly promoting the transformation and development of many industries,including manufac-turing.Similarly,the deck sheet prefabrication workshop is also actively carrying out automation transformation,want to realize the automation of the deck sheet prefabrication operations,how to identify the deck plate is a problem that must be faced,the main difficulty in identifying the deck plate is that the deck plate is large in size,and want to accurately identify the large-size workpieces,the need to identify the corresponding design of the program.In this paper,on the basis of a full understanding of the current status of the development of recognition technology at home and abroad,visual recognition,la-bel recognition and other programs are proposed.For the above programs,a detailed comparison of advantages and disad-vantages is carried out.Realize the application of identification technology in the deck sheet prefabrication operations,will effectively improve the efficiency of the workshop,but also for the manufacturing industry other similar operations content to provide new ideas.
