摘要

为研究某种注塑成型PMMA材料的爆炸切割特性,通过聚能切割索爆炸切割PMMA靶板试验得到最佳炸高范围,并结合工程实际进行多介质情况下的靶板切割试验,同时利用有限元仿真进行模拟计算.研究结果表明,随着炸高的增加,聚能切割索对PMMA靶板的侵彻能力先增大后减小,最佳炸高范围为1.5~3.0 mm;PMMA靶板爆炸切割的断裂主要由射流侵彻作用及层裂作用引起,其中射流侵彻作用占比约为56.5%,层裂作用占比约为43.5%.

Abstract

In order to study the explosive cutting characteristics of a certain injection molded PMMA material,the op-timal range of explosion height was obtained through linear shaped charge explosive cutting PMMA target plate experi-ments.Combined with engineering practice,target plate cutting experiments were carried out under multi medium condi-tions,and simulation calculations were conducted using finite element simulation.The research results indicate that as the ex-plosion height increases,the penetration ability of linear shaped charge to PMMA target plate first increases and then de-creases,and the optimal explosion height range is 1.5~3.0 mm;The fracture of PMMA target plate during explosive cutting is mainly caused by jet penetration and spallation.The proportion of jet penetration is about 56.5%,and the proportion of spallation is about 43.5%.
