摘要
本文创新性地提出耐压壳体机械结构参数化设计的通用方法.通过Ansys软件提供的APDL语言,完成机械结构的参数化自动仿真任务,有效缩减了工程师的机械设计周期.同时,针对耐压壳体基本的使用工况,本文基于力学理论分析方法,提出耐压壳体的通用结构设计方法和需要关注的关键设计指标.
Abstract
In this paper,we propose a parameterized mechanical design method for pressure shell construction.By util-izing the APDL provided by Ansys software,engineers can achieve parameterized simulation of mechanical structures,thereby effectively reducing the mechanical design cycle.Additionally,we propose a general structural design method and key design indicators based on mechanical theories,focusing on the fundamental working conditions of pressure shell con-struction.This will provide engineers with valuable insights for their design process.
