深海电动缸齿轮传动机构设计及仿真

为实现深海电动缸的精准运转,设计由行星轮系和定轴轮系组成的混合轮系传动机构,并根据条件要求确定各齿轮的结构参数.在对齿轮传动机构进行三维参数化建模的基础上,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立齿轮传动机构的动力学模型,对其动力学行为进行模拟仿真.根据仿真结果验证理论设计的正确性,并重点分析各级齿轮的接触力特征,可为电动缸齿轮传动机构的强度校核及后续优化设计提供理论依据.
Design and simulation of gear transmission mechanism for the deep-sea electric cylinder
To achieve precise operation of the deep-sea electric cylinder,a hybrid gear train transmission mechanism composed of planetary gear trains and fixed axis gear trains is designed.The structural parameters of each gear are determ-ined according to the requirements of the conditions.On the basis of three-dimensional parametric modeling of the gear transmission mechanism,a dynamic model is established by the dynamic simulation software ADAMS,and its dynamic be-havior is simulated.The correctness of the theoretical design is verified based on the simulation results,and the contact force characteristics of gears are analyzed with emphasis.This provides a theoretical basis for the strength verification and sub-sequent optimization design of the electric cylinder gear transmission mechanism.
