Research on dynamic characteristics of marine pump rotor
The rotor is the main component in the marine pump,and its dynamic characteristics have a very important influence on the reliability of the pump.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of marine pump rotor system based on numerical calculation.Three working conditions of 0.8Qd~1.2Qd were selected to analyze the strength and modal state of the rotor system of the marine pump and obtain its critical speed.The results show that:the stress and strain distribution of the rotor under the three working conditions are basically the same,and the maximum stress and strain are distributed in the impeller and the middle position of the shaft system;the amplitude of the rotor mode at the impeller outlet is the largest;the critical speed of the rotor system is much higher than the rated speed,which meets the requirements of the design of the mar-ine pump structural dynamics and reliability.
