Dynamic characteristic analysis of star gear transmission system under the position error of pin shaft
For the offset of gear position caused by the position error of pin shaft,the meshing error,time-varying meshing stiffness and gear backlash of the internal and external meshing pairs in planetary gear train are analyzed,then each excitation under the position error is introduced into the system dynamic model.The influence law and mechanism of pin po-sition error phase on the dynamic response of internal and external gear pairs and the load sharing characteristics of star gear system are studied.The results show that the reduction of gear backlash and negative meshing error under position error will lead to the surge of meshing force and reduce the load sharing performance of the system.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the low-noise design,machining and assembly of the herringbone star gear system.
