Analysis of thermal management effect with power distribution strategy on marine dual-stack fuel cell
In order to study the influence of power distribution strategy and thermal management system layout on the performance of the thermal management system of marine dual-stack proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC),a simu-lation model of the marine dual-stack PEMFC system is established based on AMESim software, and the reliability of the simulation model is verified according to the test data.On this basis, the series, parallel and bypass thermal management sys-tem models are taken as the research object, the influence mechanism of the average power distribution and daisy chain dis-tribution strategies on the temperature difference of the inlet and outlet cooling water of the stack under variable load condi-tions is studied. Finally, the performance of the three thermal management systems under average power distribution strategy is compared. The results show that the temperature difference of inlet and outlet cooling water in the three thermal manage-ment systems is affected by the power distribution strategy to varying degrees.Under the strategy of average power distribu-tion,the arrangement of series thermal management system is more conducive to improving the internal temperature consist-ency of the stack.
