可调桨系统机桨联控节油技术研究

随着全球能源危机的日益严峻,EEDI(新船能效设计指数)的提出和不断普及,以及IMO(国际海事组织)对于船舶废气排放要求的日益严苛,燃油消耗成为了考核船舶性能的重要指标."节油模式"机桨匹配过程方法,以主机燃油耗油量为目标值,通过研究主机的万有特性、桨的效率特性,以及船机桨匹配的特点,寻找在不同目标航速下油耗最低时的机桨匹配工况点;通过与传统可调桨控制模式相比较,验证了其节油效果.对于船舶节能系统的研究设计提供了技术储备,对于可调桨"节油模式"遥控系统的研发极具指导意义.
Fuel saving technology of engine-propeller joint control for CPP system
With the increasing global energy crisis,the introduction and continuous popularization of EEDI and the in-creasingly stringent requirements of IMO for ship exhaust emissions,the fuel consumption has become an important indicat-or of ship performance.The article explored the"fuel-saving mode"engine-paddle matching method,taking the fuel con-sumption as the target value,and looking for the universal characteristics of the main engine,and the efficiency characterist-ics of the propeller,and the matching characteristics during the ship,engine and paddle,to search the matching points when the fuel consumption was lowest at different target speeds.The fuel economy effect was further verified by comparison with the conventional CPP(controllable pitch propeller)control system.It provided a technical reserve for the research and design of the ship energy-saving system,and was of great guiding significance for the development of the CPP"fuel-saving mode"remote control system.
