Research on the development history and application advantages of unmanned underwater vehicle
Low-cost UAVs and USVs have emerged in the operations and achieved remarkable results.Unmanned un-derwater vehicle(UUV),as the killer of underwater combat,is an important force of underwater unmanned combat,which can complete various combat tasks,and it is of great significance to carry out targeted research on it.This paper traces the de-velopment history of UUV,and it is concluded that UUV underwater combat has many outstanding advantages such as low cost,good concealment effect,multi-purpose design,imitation biochemical simulation,long-term deployment and systemat-ic application.It also puts forward a variety of operational modes such as ocean mapping,route opening,reconnaissance and surveillance,underwater decoy,mine laying/clearing,anti-ship,anti-submarine,damage assessment,etc.Finally,the future of UUVs,UAVs and USVs to form a three-dimensional unmanned Marine cluster is proposed.
