针对典型的船舶加油作业燃油泄漏事故成因,基于LoRa的船舶燃油泄漏监测报警系统通过在管道连接处、储油舱透气孔、加油站管封板等可能发生燃油泄漏的关键部位,布置便携式的报警器,实现燃油泄漏的实时监测及报警.经实船运行测试,当发生燃油泄漏事故时,监测报警系统能够及时给出可靠的燃油泄漏报警信息,满足实际应用的技术要求.同时,系统技术方案充分运用了创新创业教育的创新思维与创新方法,拓展了新兴通信技术的海上应用场景,体现了鲜明的跨学科和多学科交叉的教育教学属性,取得了丰富的科研和教研成果.
The ship fuel leakage monitoring and alarm system based on LoRa
The ship fuel leakage monitoring and alarm system based on LoRa wireless communication technology is deployed at key locations where fuel leakage is likely to occur,such as pipe connections,vent holes of fuel storage tanks,and fuel station pipe covers.Portable alarm devices are installed to achieve real-time monitoring and alarming of fuel leakage.After actual ship operation tests,the monitoring and alarm system is capable of providing reliable fuel leakage alarm inform-ation in a timely manner when a fuel leakage accident occurs,meeting the technical requirements of practical applications.At the same time,the system technical solution fully utilizes the innovative thinking and methods of innovation and entrepren-eurship education,expands the application scenarios of emerging communication technologies at sea,reflects the distinct in-terdisciplinary and multidisciplinary educational and teaching attributes,and achieves abundant scientific research and teach-ing and research achievements.
