考虑椭圆度和腐蚀模型的水下耐压结构强度和稳定性研究

本文对考虑椭圆度和腐蚀模型的水下耐压结构强度和稳定性进行了数值仿真研究.首先利用仿真软件建立了考虑椭圆度和腐蚀效应的水下环肋圆柱壳结构有限元模型,并给出了考虑椭圆度和腐蚀效应的结构失效破坏条件.根据不同椭圆度建立几何模型,研究设计工况下不同椭圆度对于结构强度与稳定性的影响规律.在此基础上根据点腐蚀的孔径和深度建立点蚀几何模型,研究椭圆度和腐蚀复合缺陷对于结构强度与稳定性的影响规律.研究表明,应力集中随着椭圆度的增大而显著增强;椭圆度与腐蚀同时存在时,椭圆度在结构的应力分布中占主导作用;在椭圆度腐蚀复合缺陷模型中不同位置缺陷对模型整体屈曲载荷影响较小.
Research on strength and stability of underwater pressure structure considering ellipticity and corrosion effect
In this paper,strength and stability of underwater pressure structure considering ellipticity and corrosion ef-fect was simulated.Initially,a finite element model was constructed,through which the structural failure conditions taking into account the ovality and corrosion effects were preliminarily acquired.Geometric model of ellipticity was established to analyze the influence of different ellipticity on strength and stability of the structure.Then the geometric model of pitting was established according to the aperture and depth of pitting on this basis to analyze the influence of ellipticity and corrosion combined defects on strength and stability of the structure.The results show that the stress concentration increases rapidly as the enlargement of ellipticity.Ovality plays a dominant role in the stress distribution of the structure when ovality and corro-sion exist simultaneously.Besides,defects at different positions have little influence on the overall buckling load of the mod-el in the composite defect model.
