内置环肋圆柱壳三维应力计算方法适应性分析

环肋圆柱壳三维应力分析方法计及面内法向载荷和应力的影响,可计算圆柱壳和肋骨任意位置的结构应力.本文根据三维应力分析方法导出内置环肋圆柱壳结构的典型应力计算式,并通过文献中的算例检验应力计算式的正确性.采用典型应力计算式对不同结构特征的内置环肋圆柱壳进行系列计算,通过与有限元仿真计算结果比较,研究分析典型应力计算式对不同圆柱壳厚度特征(t/R)、肋骨高度特征(H/R)、肋骨宽度特征(W/l)等参数的适应性.结果表明,基于三维应力分析方法的内置环肋圆柱壳典型应力计算式不仅可以适应薄壳和中厚壳结构应力计算,且对于不同的肋骨形状也具有较好的适应性.
Adaptability analysis of three dimensional stress calculation method for inside ring-stiffened cylindrical shell
The three dimensional stress analysis method accounting the influence of in-plane normal loads and stress can calculate structural stress at any position of ring-stiffened cylindrical shell.This paper derived typical stress calculation formula for inside ring-stiffened cylindrical shell based on three dimensional stress analysis method,and verified correctness of the calculation formula through examples in literature.A series of calculation are conducted on inside ring-stiffened cyl-indrical shell using the formulas.Comparing with finite element simulation,the adaptability of typical stress calculation for-mula to different structural characteristic parameters such as shell thickness,ring-stiffened height,and ring-stiffened width was analyzed.The results show that the formulas in this paper not only can adapt to the stress calculation of thin shell and medium-thick shell,but also have good adaptability to different ring-stiffened shapes.
