不同杂交组合优质冷鲜鸡体重与鸡冠相关和回归分析

通过比较不同杂交组合优质冷鲜鸡体重和鸡冠性状,初步筛选杂交组合,并通过分析鸡冠性状与体重的相关性,建立最佳回归方程,提高育种效率.对63日龄三个杂交组合优质冷鲜鸡体重和鸡冠指标进行测定,利用SPSS 16.0软件进行相关及回归分析,采用逐步回归法构建体重与鸡冠性状的多元回归方程.结果表明:三个杂交组合63日龄母鸡体重均超过1.8 kg,公鸡体重均超过2.2 kg. 冷鲜鸡杂交组合1(ABC)大鸡冠公鸡鸡垂周长、总周长、鸡冠面积、鸡垂面积与总面积均显著高于其他组合;ABC大鸡冠公鸡鸡冠平均色R 显著高于其他组合;ABC大鸡冠公鸡鸡垂色度级别显著高于冷鲜鸡杂交组合2(ABD)公鸡和冷鲜鸡杂交组合3(AEB)公母鸡;ABC大鸡冠公鸡鸡冠色度级别显著高于ABC母鸡、ABD公鸡、AEB公母鸡.63日龄体重与鸡垂周长、总周长(鸡冠+鸡垂)、鸡垂面积、鸡冠面积、总面积(鸡冠+鸡垂)均极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数在0.579~0.753之间,其中与总周长(鸡冠+鸡垂)相关系数最大,为0.753.建立鸡冠对体重的最优回归模型:Y=1659.091+9.186X1+0.052X2,通过测定鸡冠总周长和鸡冠总面积能够较准确地评估体重变化.
Correlation and Regression Analysis on Body Weight and CombSize of Different Crossing High-quality Chilled Chicken
Crossbreeding combinations of high quality chilled chicken were initially screened by comparing body weight and comb size.The efficiency of breeding was improved through correlation analysis between comb trait and body weight and establishing the optimal regression equation.Three combinations of high quality chilled chicken at 63 d were used to measure its body weight and comb traits, and then correlation and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS16.0.The multivariate regression equations between body weight and comb traits were built by using stepwise regression.The results were as follows.The body weight at 63d of female of three combinations weighed more than 1.8kg, and males weighed more than 2.2 kg.The chicken wattle circumference, total chicken circumference, chicken wattle area and total area of big comb males for cross combination of chilled chicken line 1 (ABC) were significantly higher than that of other combinations.The average color R of ABC big comb males was significantly higher than that of the other combinations.Chicken wattle chromaticity level of ABC big comb males was significantly higher than that of males in cross combination of chilled chicken line 2(ABD) and male and female in AEB.The comb chromaticity level of ABC big comb males was significantly higher than that of ABC, ABD female and male and female in cross combination of chilled chicken line 3(AEB).There was extremely significant positive correlation between body weight at 63 d and chicken wattle circumference (comb + chicken wattle), chicken wattle area, comb area, total area (comb + chicken wattle) (P<0.01), and the correlation coefficient were between 0.579 and 0.753, with the total circumference (comb+chicken wattle) correlation coefficient being the largest, 0.753.The body weight change can be accurately assessed by measuring total comb circumference and total comb area.
