益生菌的抗生物膜活性及其对肠道健康的影响

摘要
生物膜是以有组织的结构附着在生物或非生物表面包括肠道表面的细菌种群或群落,易导致致病菌的持续性感染,并且常规的抗菌药物对其无法彻底根除.因此,研究和开发有效的抗生物膜感染策略至关重要.益生菌是对宿主健康有益的微生物,能通过预防和控制致病菌生物膜形成达到促进机体肠道健康的目的.本文综述了细菌生物膜的形成和耐药机制,进一步介绍益生菌的抗生物膜活性及其对维护畜禽肠道健康的应用,为畜禽生产中抗生物膜相关感染的替代策略提供参考.
Abstract
A biofilm is a bacterial population or community that is attached to a biological or non-bio-logical surface including the surface of the intestine.It is the source of persistent bacterial infections,and cannot be completely eradicated by conventional antibiotics.Therefore,it is crucial to conduct research and develop effective anti-biofilm tactics.Probiotics are beneficial microorganisms to the host,which can pro-mote intestinal health by preventing and controlling biofilm formation.This review summarizes the forma-tion and resistance mechanisms of biofilms,and the application of probiotics'antibiofilm activity in main-taining the gastrointestinal health of livestock and poultry,which provides valuable reference for alterna-tive strategies to combat biofilm-related infections in livestock and poultry production.
