猪粪油菜秸秆堆肥复合微生物菌系效果研究

为了筛选出适合青海地区油菜秸秆降解的复合菌系用于生产秸秆有机肥,对2株耐盐芽孢杆菌(Bacillus hatolerans)、1 株耐寒短杆菌(Brevibacterium frigoritolerans)进行不同复合菌系堆肥试验,通过测定堆肥过程中堆体温度、pH、电导率、种子发芽指数、全氮、全磷、全钾、有机质、纤维素及半纤维降解率,筛选出堆肥效果最优的复合菌系.结果表明,ABC处理组(耐盐芽孢杆菌H36-7-4:耐盐芽孢杆菌K1:耐寒短杆菌AH-5-1=1∶1∶1)堆体温度较对照组(不添加菌剂)高温期延长1 d,提前11 d进入降温期,堆肥最高温度比对照组高1.4℃;ABC处理组的pH、电导率(EC)值分别为8.04、1.32 mS/cm,较对照组低0.14、0.8 mS/cm;复合菌系ABC处理组种子发芽指数在堆肥第16天达到腐熟标准,堆肥结束时ABC处理组的种子发芽指数(129.47%)显著高于对照组(88.53%)(P<0.05);BC处理组(41.59%)和ABC处理组(40.28%)的有机质降解率显著高于其它处理组(P<0.05);ABC处理组的全氮、全磷、全钾的含量分别为2.06%、3.19%、1.63%;堆肥结束时,添加3株菌株的ABC处理组纤维素降解率为14.45%,半纤维素降解率为39.28%,显著高于其它处理组(P<0.05).因而,添加的复合菌系ABC处理为适宜青海地区油菜秸秆堆肥的复合菌系.
Effect of Composite Microbial Strains on Pig Manure and Rape Straw Compost
In order to screen out the compound bacteria suitable for the degradation of rape straw and the production of straw organic fertilizer in Qinghai province,two strains of Bacillus hatolerans and one strain of Brevibacterium frigoritolerans were used in the composting process.The compost test was to screen out the optimal compound bacteria strains through determining the compost temperature,conduc-tivity,seed germination rate,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total patassium,organic matter,cellulose,hemicellulose degradation.The results showed that the high temperature period of ABC treatment(Bacil-lus hatolerans H36-7-4:Bacillus hatolerans K1:Brevibacterium frigoritolerans AH-5-1=1∶1∶1)was 1 day longer than that of CK treatment(without agent)in the thermophilic phase,and it entered the cooling period 11 days earlier.Moreover,the maximum compost temperature of ABC treatment was 1.4 ℃ higher than that of the control group.Likewise,the pH and electrical conductivity(EC)values of ABC treatment were 8.04 and 1.32 mS/cm,respectively,which were 0.14 and 0.8 mS/cm lower than those of the control group.The seed germination index of the composite microbial system ABC treatment group reached the maturity standard of composting at day 16 and was significantly higher(129.47%)than the control treat-ment group(88.53%)(P<0.05)at the end of the composting process.The organic matter degradation rate of the BC treatment(41.59%)and the ABC treatment group(40.28%)was significantly higher than that of the other treatment groups(P<0.05).The total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and total potassium contents of the ABC treatment were 2.06%,3.19%,and 1.63%,respectively.At the end of the compos-ting process,the cellulose degradation rate of the ABC treatment group with the addition of three strains was 14.45%,and the hemicellulose degradation rate was 39.28%,significantly higher than that of the oth-er treatments(P<0.05).Therefore,adding compound agent ABC is suitable for rape straw composting in Qinghai area.
