摘要

为探讨膜联蛋白A2(ANXA2)基因表达量与松辽黑猪、新吉林黑猪、民猪肌肉氨基酸、脂肪酸含量的相关性,试验采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测3个品种猪背最长肌中ANXA2基因相对表达量,并与3个品种猪肌肉肌内脂肪含量、氨基酸、脂肪酸含量进行关联分析.结果表明:ANXA2基因在3个品种中表达趋势为:松辽黑猪>新吉林黑猪>民猪,ANXA2基因表达量与3个品种猪肌内脂肪含量、氨基酸含量均无显著相关性(P>0.05),与新吉林黑猪肌肉中单不饱和脂肪酸相对含量显著负相关(P<0.05),与民猪中棕榈酸相对含量显著负相关(P<0.05).综上,ANXA2基因可能通过调节脂肪酸来影响肉质品质,可作为评价肉质品质的候选基因之一.

Abstract

In order to study the correlation between the expression of annexin A2(ANXA2)gene and the amino acid and fatty acid contents in muscles of Songliao black pig,New Jilin black pig and Min pig,the relative expression of ANXA2 gene in the longissimus dorsi muscle was detected by real-time fluores-cence quantitative PCR,and the correlation between the expression of ANXA2 gene with intramuscular fat and the content of amino acids and fatty acids in the muscle was analyzed.The results showed that the expression trend of ANXA2 gene in the three breeds was Songliao black pig>New Jilin black pig>Min pig.There was no significant correlation between the expression level of ANXA2 gene with intramuscular fat and amino acid content in the three pig breeds(P>0.05).ANXA2 gene expression level exhibited sig-nificantly negative correlation with monounsaturated fatty acids in New Jilin Black pigs(P<0.05)and pal-mitic acid in Min pigs(P<0.05).In summary,ANXA2 could affect meat quality by regulating the fatty acids content and be used as one of the candidate genes for evaluating meat quality.
