伏马毒素对生猪养殖的危害及其驱毒策略

对霉菌毒素危害机制的探讨有利于寻找恰当的驱毒策略,解决霉菌毒素对饲料的污染问题.在生猪生产中,伏马毒素与黄曲霉毒素、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇并称三大头号霉菌毒素威胁.文章着眼于伏马毒素,在简要回顾包括伏马毒素在内的霉菌毒素的定义、限制水平、对环境和经济的损害的基础上,着重介绍了伏马毒素对生猪养殖的负面影响,并归纳了针对猪饲料中伏马毒素污染的驱毒措施.近期的研究结果表明,除了被广泛使用的无机吸附剂外,酵母、细菌、酶制剂以及植物提取物在应对伏马毒素污染上也颇具潜力.
Harm of Fumonisins to Pig Breeding and Its Detoxification Strategies
Discussions on the mechanism of mycotoxin damage are conducive to finding appropriate de-toxification strategies and solving the problem of mycotoxin pollution in feed.The top three mycotoxin threats in pig production are aflatoxins,deoxynivalenol and fumonisins.Based on a brief review of the defi-nition,limit level and damage to environment and economy in terms of mycotoxin including fumonisins,the paper specifically introduces the negative impact of fumonisins on pig breeding,and summarizes the de-toxification measures against fumonisins pollution in pig feed.Recent researches show that in addition to the widely used inorganic adsorbents,yeast,bacteria,enzyme preparations and plant extracts also have great potential in dealing with fumonisins pollution.
