摘要

为全面了解重庆市养殖业粪污现状,促进区域养殖产业结构合理优化布局,本研究基于"以种定养"和"氮养分平衡"原理,利用重庆市2019年种养业相关统计数据,在保证农作物产量的前提下,结合重庆市区域种植业特点,估算出该区域农田的最大理论畜禽承载量规模,并对各区县现有畜禽养殖规模进行风险等级评估.结果表明,重庆市全市最多可容纳畜禽养殖量8774.42万头(羊当量),畜禽承载力风险系数为0.78,总体上不存在畜禽养殖规模超载问题,现有农田种植规模下的畜禽养殖业仍有一定发展空间.各区县的畜禽承载力风险评估结果存在较大差异,该市畜禽养殖严重风险区、一般风险区和潜力区分别占比2.6%、23.7%和73.7%.综合分析认为,在重庆地区可通过合理种植农作物和牧草,提高农田对畜禽粪污的消纳量,协调各区县种植业和养殖业的平衡发展,推进"以种定养、以养促种"的草牧业循环经济模式.

Abstract

To understand the livestock waste production status of Chongqing and optimize the layout of regional livestock production structure,this study estimated the livestock carrying capacity of farmland in Chongqing and assessed the risk of livestock scales in each district of Chongqing by using relevant statisti-cal data of the planting and breeding industry of Chongqing in 2019.The estimation was based on the prin-ciple of"determining what livestock to raise on the basis of the crops cultivated"and"nitrogen balance".The results indicated that,in total,Chongqing could accommodate up to 87.7442 million livestock and poultry(sheep equivalent),the risk coefficient of livestock and poultry carrying capacity was 0.78.Over-all,there was no problem of overloading of livestock and poultry,and there is still potential for the devel-opment of livestock and poultry industry under the existing farmland scale.Risk assessments indicated that livestock and poultry carrying capacity varied between districts and counties.The areas with high risk,general risk and potential risk in livestock and poultry raising accounted respectively for 2.6%,23.7%and 73.7%.The results suggest that properly planting crops and forages can improve the farmland's capacity in consumption of livestock waste,which can further coordinate the balanced development between crop-planting and livestock industries in different districts of Chongqing,and finally,promote the circular econ-omy model of grassland husbandry which integrates crop-planting and livestock raising.
