新媒体时代廉洁文化传播的四要素、基本问题与优化策略

廉洁文化传播是指一定的组织、个人通过特定的信息载体,运用一定的方式方法,向特定对象传播与廉洁有关的思想、观念、知识,从而使特定对象具备廉洁思想、意识和行为的社会活动.传播主体、传播内容、传播载体、传播方式是构成廉洁文化传播系统的四个要素,在传播过程中发挥着重要作用.从实践看,新媒体时代,廉洁文化传播普遍面临着多元主体的综合性知识需求与单一性知识现实之间的矛盾,完整性内容的系统性要求与碎片化表达之间的供需错配,多样载体的规范化管理与复杂治理之间的失衡、互动方式的生动性变革与刻板惯性之间的张力凸显等问题.因此,需要从以下几个方面提升新媒体时代廉洁文化传播实效性.一是提升廉洁文化传播主体的综合素养,着力从传播主体的思想观念、知识结构、能力素质等方面入手,打造一支适应新媒体时代需要的专业性廉洁文化传播队伍;二是加强廉洁文化内容的统筹设计,提升时代性和人民性;三是构建多元载体融合管理的体制机制,以构建全媒体传播体系为目标,加快传播载体格局的改革与重塑;四是提升廉洁文化传播方式的生动性与精准性,从讲述方式、呈现形式和传播手段三方面创新,结合移动端的传播特性,对廉洁文化内容进行精编和提炼,搭建形态丰富的新媒体内容矩阵,实现廉洁文化传播效率的全面提升.
The Four Elements,Basic Issues,and Optimization Strategies of Probity Culture Communication in the New Media Era
The dissemination of a culture of integrity refers to the social activity in which certain organizations and individuals use specific information carriers and methods to disseminate ideas,concepts,and knowledge related to integrity to specific targets,thereby enabling specific targets to possess integrity thinking,awareness,and behavior.The dissemination subject,dissemination content,dissemination carrier,and dissemination method are the four elements that constitute the integrity culture dissemination system,playing an important role in the dissemination process.From a practical perspective,in the era of new media,the dissemination of clean culture generally faces prominent contradictions between the comprehensive knowledge needs of multiple subjects and the reality of single knowledge,supply-demand mismatch between the systematic requirements of complete content and fragmented expression,governance imbalance between standardized management of diverse carriers and complex governance,and tension between vivid changes in interactive methods and rigid inertia.Therefore,to enhance the effectiveness of the dissemination of clean culture in the new media era,firstly,to improve the comprehensive literacy of the dissemination subjects of clean culture,focusing on the ideological concepts,knowledge structures,and abilities of the dissemination subjects,and building a professional clean culture dissemination team that meets the needs of the new media era;Secondly,we need to strengthen the overall design of the content of the culture of integrity,and enhance its timeliness and people-oriented nature;Thirdly,we need to establish a diversified carrier integration management system and mechanism,with the goal of building a full media communication system,and accelerate the reform and reshaping of the communication carrier pattern;The fourth is to enhance the vividness and accuracy of the dissemination of clean culture,innovate from three aspects:storytelling,presentation,and communication methods,and refine and refine the content of clean culture based on the communication characteristics of mobile devices,constructing a rich new media content matrix,and achieving comprehensive improvement in the efficiency of clean culture dissemination.
