超高压水液压柱塞泵柱塞副泄漏性能分析

针对额定压力80 MPa,额定流量8 L/min的超高压水液压柱塞泵的密封结构建立了泄漏模型,对其进行了仿真分析,得到密封间隙大小、接触长度、柱塞两端压差等因素对泄漏量的影响.仿真结果表明:该结构在超高压水液压泵中具有良好的密封性能,对泵结构的优化改进具有一定的指导意义,并为后续的试验研究指明了方向.
The Analysis of Piston-Barrel Leakage in a Superhigh Pressure Water Hydraulic Piston Pump
Leakage is an important parameter to evaluate the performance of seal in a water hydraulic pump,especially in a superhigh pressure one.A leakage model of piston-barrel seal structure in the superhigh pressure water hydraulic piston pump rated 80MPa pressure and 8L/min flow was set up in this paper.The influences of clearance size,contact length and pressure drop of clearance on the leakage were numerically studied.The results show that this type of seal structure performs well in the superhigh pressure water hydraulic piston pump,which will guide the optimal design of the pump and point out the direction of next-step experiments.
