摘要
针对圆盘浇铸机齿轮大模数和大齿数等结构特点,提出一种用圆弧逼近齿形的设计方案,分析了该方案的可行性及误差,设计出合理的拼装定位结构及数控加工工艺方案.简化的齿形和巧妙的结构设计使圆盘浇铸机齿轮适合现代数控机床加工,克服了齿数多、尺寸大、精度高、编程难等加工难点,实现了用中小型数控机床加工大齿数大模数齿轮.
Abstract
Structural features of disc casting machine gear are large modulus and a large number of teeth.A program using circular arc to approximate tooth was proposed.The feasibility and error of the program were analyzed.A reasonable assembled-positioning structure and CNC machining technology program were designed.The simplified tooth and ingenious structural design makes the disc casting gear suitable for modem CNC machining.Using small and medium-sized CNC machine tool,the machining difficulties,such as large number of teeth,big size,high precision,difficult programming,are overcome.
