提出一种电动静液作动器智能设计方法,实现主参数设计功能、优化设计功能、数据库系统功能和三维建模功能.基于电动静液作动器(EHA)总体设计方法和流程,得到12个主要设计参数,并给出EHA智能设计知识库的设计方法,完成规则系统、知识系统以及模型库设计;通过输入安装空间尺寸大小,采用NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法,以空间体积及力学性能为优化目标,得到电动静液作动器布局方式和各零件结构尺寸值,并进一步为各个零件参数实现数据的存储与调用,实现输入较少的参数完成EHA智能化设计,提高设计人员效率,缩短研发周期.
Intelligent Design of Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator
An intelligent design method of EHA was proposed to realize the main parameter design,optimization design,database system and 3D modeling functions.Based on the design method and process of electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA),12 main design pa-rameters were obtained.The design method of EHA intelligent design knowledge base was proposed to complete the design of rule sys-tem,knowledge system and model base.By inputting the size of installation space,using NSGA-II genetic algorithm and optimizing the target including space volume and mechanical performance,the layout and structure of each part of EHA were obtained.Furthermore,the data storage and recall were realized for each part parameter.The intelligent design of EHA is completed with less input parameters,which improves the efficiency of designers and shortens the R & D cycle.
