重卡驾驶室液压翻转机构性能参数的优化分析

重卡驾驶室液压翻转机构的性能是衡量整车性能的重要组成部分.为提升翻转机构的性能,建立翻转机构的数学模型,以顶出力系数、油压波动系数、翻转容量3个参数作为翻转机构的性能评价指标,将翻转机构的性能优化问题转化成有约束的多目标优化问题.采用线性加权法的评价函数对有约束的多目标问题进行优化,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各项性能评价指标的加权系数,设置约束条件后对优化结果进行求解.针对某型重卡驾驶室翻转机构进行实例的优化分析,在MATLAB中对系统模型进行优化和求解,最后搭建AMESim模型进行仿真验证.结果表明:对加权系数的确定而言,AHP是一个稳定和有效的方法,且优化分析结果显示翻转机构的性能相比优化前提升了11.72%,与仿真结果近似.
Optimization Analysis of Performance Parameters of Hydraulic Turnover Mechanism of Heavy Truck Cab
The performance of hydraulic turnover mechanism of heavy truck cab is an important part to measure the vehicle per-formance.In order to improve the performance of the turnover mechanism,the mathematical model of the turnover mechanism was estab-lished,and the push-out force coefficient,oil pressure fluctuation coefficient and flipping capacity were taken as the performance evalu-ation indexes of the turnover mechanism,and the performance optimization problem of the turnover mechanism was transformed into a constrained multi-objective optimization problem.According to the evaluation function of linear weighting method,the constrained multi-objective problem was optimized and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the weighted coefficients of each per-formance evaluation index,finally the optimization results were solved after setting the constraint conditions.For a certain type of heavy truck cab turnover mechanism optimization analysis,the system model was optimized and solved in MATLAB,and the AMESim model was built for simulation verification.The results show that the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is a stable and effective way to deter-mine the weighting coefficient,and the optimization analysis results show that the performance of the turnover mechanism is improved by 11.72%compared with that of before optimization,which is approximate to the simulation results.
