Simulation and Research on Main Winch Potential Energy Recovery System of Rotary Drilling Rig
Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to effectively recover and reuse the potential energy of main winch and drop in rotary drilling rig,a potential energy recovery and utilization system of main winch and drop was proposed.Taking a medium-sized rotary drilling rig as the research object,the simulation model of energy saving system was built by AMESim,and the influence mechanism of the key parameters such as initial working pressure,precharging pressure and available volume of accumulator on the energy recovery ef-ficiency of the system was explored.Finally,an experimental prototype was built to verify the correctness of the simulation model and theoretical analysis.The research results show that the gravity potential energy recovery efficiency of the proposed system can reach 45.53%,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
