摘要

采用华中8型数控系统为开发平台,以段差磨削工艺为研究对象,开发了段差磨削软件系统.该软件在Qt Cre-ator跨平台开发框架下进行UI应用程序的开发,基于华中HNC-808D数控系统的二次开发体系架构,利用API接口进行软件功能开发;同时以小线段的方式生成加工宏程序,以丝锥磨削削为载体,实现了段差精密磨削加工.结果表明:该软件加工精度达到实际需求,加工效率大大提升,在段差磨削领域中提供了一套国产系统应用实例.

Abstract

Using the Huazhong 8 numerical control system as the development platform,and taking the level difference grinding process as the research object,the level difference grinding software system was developed.GUI applications were developed by the soft-ware under the cross-platform development framework of Qt Creator.Based on the secondary development architecture of Huazhong HNC-808D CNC system,API interface was used to develop software functions.The machining macro program was generated in the form of small line segments,using the tap as the carrier,the level difference precision grinding was realized.The results show that the machi-ning accuracy of the software meets the actual demand,the processing efficiency is increased,which provides a set of domestic system application example in the field of level difference grinding.
