针对传统机身壁板压剪试验台加载空间为固定尺寸的问题,设计一种新一代机身壁板压剪载荷试验台.它可以根据机身壁板长度调节加载空间,适用于不同长度机身壁板压缩载荷+剪切载荷试验.介绍试验台设计方案,提出试验台核心功能的关键机构设计方法;对试验台进行了功能调试,各关键机构功能正常,满足使用要求.利用试验台对试验假件进行模拟加载,加载过程线性度良好,证明试验台载荷施加方法合理;试验假件应变分布均匀度良好,证明试验台精度满足要求.
Structural Design of New Generation Fuselage Panel Compression and Shear Load Test-Bed
In view of the loading space fixed size of the traditional fuselage panel compression shear test-bed,a new generation fu-selage panel compression and shear load test-bed was designed.lt can adjust the loading space according to the length of fuselage pan-els,which is suitable for the compression load+shear load test of fuselage panels with different lengths.The design scheme of the test-bed was introduced,the key mechanism design method was proposed to realize the core function of the test-bed.Then the function of the test-bed was debugged.The function of key mechanism is normal,which can meet the use requirements.Using the test-bed to simulate the loading of the test dummy,the linearity of the loading process is good,which proves that the loading method of the test bench is rea-sonable.The uniformity of strain distribution of the test dummy is good,which proves that the accuracy of the test bench meets the re-quirements.
