基于数字孪生车间的虚实融合研究综述

数字孪生车间近年来逐渐成为大众关注的热点,它可借助虚实融合技术实现物理车间与虚拟车间的互联互通,使得虚拟车间的信息更加贴合现实,有助于实际生产.基于数字孪生概念、数字孪生车间的特性和研究应用,对数字孪生车间的虚实融合研究进行综述.介绍了虚实研究对象,即物理车间和虚拟车间;论述了虚实融合系统中车间服务系统的工作过程;分析了虚实融合技术的三大关键部分及相关技术的支撑.最后对数字孪生车间的虚实融合问题进行了展望.
Research Review of Virtual-Real Fusion Based on Digital Twin Workshop
The digital twin workshop has become a hot spot of public attention in recent years.It can realize the interconnection be-tween the physical workshop and the virtual workshop with the help of virtual-real fusion technology,making the information of the vir-tual workshop more realistic and conducive to actual production.On the basis of the concept of digital twin,the characteristics and re-search application of digital twin workshop,the research on virtual-real integration of digital twin workshop was summarized.The re-search objects of virtual and real,namely physical workshop and virtual workshop,were introduced;the working process of workshop service system in virtual and real fusion system was discussed;the three key parts of virtual and real fusion technology and the support of related technologies were analyzed.Finally,the virtual-real fusion problem of digital twin workshop was discussed.
