Application of Coordination Analysis Method in Quality Evaluation of Electromechanical Products
In order to comprehensively evaluate the quality of electromechanical products and improve the accuracy of the evalua-tion results,a product quality evaluation index system was constructed based on the analysis of the quality influencing factors of electro-mechanical products.The fuzzy-entropy weight method was used to determine the index weight.Based on the principle of compromise,the coordination analysis method was adopted to establish the electromechanical products quality evaluation model considering the ad-vantages and disadvantages of each evaluation index.And the evaluation results were output combined with the product quality evaluation decision-making process,which could provide reference for enterprises to formulate product procurement plans.Finally,an example of encoder purchased by a CNC system manufacturer was used to illustrate the application.The results show that the evaluation model con-sidering the advantages and disadvantages of product quality is simple and easy to operate,and the evaluation results are objective and credible.
