Research on Energy Efficiency Oriented Multi-constraint Integrated Maintenance Strategy
To solve the problems of system quality loss increasing,maintenance cost increasing and energy efficiency decreasing caused by increasing machine tool degradation in manufacturing system,a multi-constraint integrated maintenance strategy for energy efficiency was proposed.The relationship between machine tool degradation state,quality loss and maintenance cost was established based on Gamma process,and the quality loss and maintenance cost constraints were set up.The effective energy efficiency model of the system was obtained by discretizing the increasing energy consumption process.A multi-constraint integrated maintenance strategy with energy efficiency as optimization objective was proposed,and the optimal solution and constraint combination were found by using simu-lated annealing algorithm.The superiority and effectiveness of the proposed maintenance strategy are verified by example analysis and strategy comparison.
